Our admissions process is designed to identify talented individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the business world. We offer a range of programs from Postgraduate Diplomas to PhD degrees, catering to various career stages and aspirations.
General Admission Requirements
PhD Programs
- Master's degree (MSc/MBA) in Business Administration or related field with minimum CGPA of 3.50/5.00
- Strong academic and research background
- Well-developed research proposal
- Two academic reference letters
- TOEFL/IELTS score for international students
Master's Programs (MSc)
- Bachelor's degree (Second Class Lower minimum) in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 O'Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter
- Two reference letters (academic or professional)
Executive MBA Programs
- Bachelor's degree (Second Class Lower minimum) or HND (Upper Credit minimum)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification work experience
- At least 3 years in management position
- Current employment in management role
- Two professional reference letters
- Updated CV/Resume
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
- Bachelor's degree (Third Class minimum) in any discipline
- HND (Lower Credit minimum) with at least 1 year work experience
- Minimum of 5 O'Level credits including English and Mathematics
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter

Application Process
Follow these simple steps to complete your application to MOUAU Business School:
Create an Account
Register on our online application portal with a valid email address. You'll receive a confirmation email with login credentials.
Choose Your Program
Select the program you wish to apply for. Review the program requirements carefully before proceeding.
Complete Application Form
Fill out the online application form with accurate personal, educational, and professional information.
Pay Application Fee
Make payment of the application fee (₦25,000 for most programs) via bank deposit or online transfer. Upload payment receipt.
Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned copies of all required documents including certificates, transcripts, NYSC certificate, and reference letters.
Submit Application
Review all information carefully and submit your application. You'll receive a confirmation email with your application number.
Screening Exercise
If shortlisted, you'll be invited for a screening exercise. Download your screening letter from your dashboard.
Await Admission Decision
Check your email and dashboard regularly for admission decision. Successful candidates will receive admission letters.
Required Documents
Prepare and scan the following documents before starting your application:
- O'Level Result(s): WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB certificate(s)
- First Degree Certificate & Transcript: BSc, BA, or HND certificate and academic transcript
- Master's Degree Certificate & Transcript: (For PhD applicants only)
- NYSC Discharge Certificate: Or exemption letter or exclusion letter
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration: Valid proof of age
- Passport Photograph: Recent passport-sized photograph (white background)
- Valid ID Card: National ID, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or International Passport
- Reference Letters: Two reference letters from academic or professional sources
- CV/Resume: (For Executive programs)
- Research Proposal: (For PhD applicants only)

All documents should be scanned in PDF or JPEG format. Maximum file size: 2MB per document. Ensure documents are clear and legible.

Application Fees
- PhD Programs: ₦25,000
- Master's Programs (MSc): ₦25,000
- Executive MBA: ₦50,000
- Executive DBA: ₦75,000
- PGD Programs: ₦20,000
Payment Instructions
Application fees can be paid through the following methods:
- Bank Deposit/Transfer: Make payment to our designated bank account and upload the payment receipt on your application portal
- Online Payment: Pay directly through our secure online payment gateway (coming soon)
